Except for posts on FPGA and HDL development philosophy, as described on the page About my ideas, other interests of mine include timing performance, vhdl language constructs and productiveness. There will also be some posts on programming, mainly Matlab and C.

The blog also contains posts on very specific topics - these might not always interest a general blog reader, but at least, by writing them down I document them for my own future use, and I make them available to be found by search engines and by tags.

There are also a number of posts on some specific tools, mainly ModelSim, Xilinx ISE and Matlab. Working with them for several years yields many "lessons learned" and useful "hacks".
